I'm Amy, and I'm here to support you in living a happy and healthy life with PCOS.

I provide health and nutritional information tailored specifically for women with PCOS. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge you need to make informed dietary choices and effectively manage your PCOS symptoms, so you can live your life to the fullest. Why? Because I've been exactly where you are.

Experiencing feelings of misery, hormonal imbalance, and exhaustion—constantly navigating a range of symptoms might sound all too familiar. I went nearly two years without a period before realizing something wasn't right.

Despite numerous doctor visits, I was met with frustration and confusion. It wasn't until I received a PCOS diagnosis that the pieces started to come together. But even then, the guidance was lacking—I was handed medication and essentially told to come back when I wanted to start a family, with the vague suggestion of exploring IVF in the future.

Feeling overwhelmed and unsupported, I turned to Google, only to find myself inundated with conflicting information. It was then that I realised something was missing. Why were women with PCOS left to navigate this complex condition that felt like they were on their own?

 

So, I made a decision: I refused to accept the way things were. Why should managing PCOS come with a lack of support and guidance from healthcare providers? It shouldn't have to be this way.

I returned to university to study nutrition and dietetics, determined to understand how lifestyle factors, particularly diet, could serve as the first line of therapy against PCOS symptoms.

However, my hope is for a healthcare system that provides comprehensive support and guidance from the moment of diagnosis.

That's why I created The PCOS Hub—a platform dedicated to providing women with PCOS the support and guidance they deserve, so they never have to figure it out alone.  

Today, equipped with my background as a clinical nutritionist, I offer personalised 1:1 consultations and create evidence-based educational content and resources. My mission? To bridge the gap between your PCOS diagnosis and living a life free from symptoms.
